In partnership with the iconic Krug Champagne House, Hotel Wailea welcomed 2-star Michelin Chef Justin Cogley of Aubergine at L’Auberge Carmel on October 18th for an unforgettable culinary experience. This year, as Krug celebrated the beauty of flowers, Chef Cogley and Hotel Wailea Executive Chef Ryan Cruz collaborated to create an innovative, flower-inspired menu paired with Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé.
The evening began in Hotel Wailea’s Treehouse, perched among mango and avocado trees with breathtaking views, where guests enjoyed Krug Champagne and canapés. The experience continued with lei-making in the mango grove, followed by a four-course dinner with Krug pairings in the Garden at The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea—a true celebration of Krug x Flower.
