Born in Shiraiwa, Toyama Prefecture, IWA reimagines sake through the art of Assemblage, a masterful blend of tradition and creativity that brings depth, balance, and elegance to the glass. Each pour is designed to complement and elevate global cuisine, making it a natural pairing for the vibrant, island-inspired flavors of Hawai‘i.
With only 30 seats available, the evening begins with a welcome reception and passed canapés, followed by a four-course menu thoughtfully paired with distinctive expressions of IWA 5 sake.
